Have over 40 years working in the restaurant business. Apprenticed in Paris to be a chef. Worked in Paris for 2 years. Returned to the states to Miami where I earned a degree in hotel restaurant management for Florida International University. Went to school days and worked nights as a kitchen manager and assistant manager. Upon graduation was hired by Marriott and sent to Washington DC where I managed restaurants in several Washington properties. Realized I was more entrepreneur than company man so I left Marriott to be a chef on Capitol Hill in Washington. After a few years I moved to New York where I opened several restaurants first with two partners then I opened three more where I was sole owner. Also had a niteclub during that time that featured top jazz artists as well as Latin music.

Would enjoy mentoring people that are ready to pursue the American Dream. Would like to show people how to gain access to banks and other forms of lending. Funding is available to everyone particularly if you are a minority. My forty years experience would be especially valuable for people looking to invest in the hospitality business
